xbox one update froze/ cant view early access forum

i updated my console when prompted today the update downloaded perfect xbox reset and started to put it on my console, preparing my console for update came up then got stuck at around 80 percent roughly, spoke to xbox support they told me to restart my console
since doing so my xbox is stuck on the green load up screen, and also sent me a link to the early access forum to let them know which i cant access please help

No access to the early access forums a day my Xbox is stuck for more than 5 hours

Literally waiting g all day to get the issue fixed my Xbox is frozen in a dashboard update from the preview program and I do not have access to the early update forums. Please help me.

August Preview Update Problem

Got a problem with the August Preview update and cant get into the Early Access Forum. Cant use the Offline Update Tool as its a preview update. Any ideas what I can do, Xbox support wasn't much help.

Once someone from official support sees your post, they can get you access, but while you are waiting, hold the Xbox logo on the front of the console until it powers down, then unplug the power cord from the back for 5 minutes. This usually fixes it, but
if not try unplugging it for longer. If that still doesn't work, you will most likely have to do a factory reset.

I've since posting this spoken to a different agent from support and tried the unplug way to no avail he suggests trying the offline USB trick which ill try tomorrow if not it'll be factory reset or repair (for £119) but thank you for getting back to me

I am regularly registered in preview program and i have already updated my xbox one to latest version. Please add me to forum.

If you've registered to preview Xbox One updates but still get a “Group Not Found” error when you try to access the private Xbox One Early Access forum, your registration probably hasn't been processed yet. Once it goes through, you should receive
access to the private Xbox Early Access forum within two business days.'

If you do not have forum access by then, please let us know and a mod will give you access. When you have access you can visit the forum at the link below.
