Xbox one update failure

Im from South-Africa and have problems updating my console the warranty expired 3 months ago so i have to pay to have it fixed. My network is ok i have done all the ofline updates, hard resets,factory resets nothing helps. I went as far as to by a new one
it fid the update but when it installed it it say something went wrong try again nothing work xbox making me ........ its a new machine. Ihave spend lots of money on xbox 360 and this crappy xbox one can anyone please help u dont know if its only in South-Africa

HALP!!! "Wireless Network Hardware" Error

Wish I could be of help as my Xbox One did the same thing. Said there was wireless hardware failure then started working after an update. Last I used my Xbox it was still working.

 

Still won't launch after Service alert

The error refers to a failure to update the system.

Check the availability of the update in the settings:

Well, you can try the steps of the link below

support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool

If you try all these steps and didn't work, try to update your console in another place (another connection). If persist, the only way is sending console to repair

 

I connected it to a mobile router and it finished the update with mo problem. The funny thing is that my adsl line aare connecting to the internet on my lap top and xbox 360 . So i suppse its the router will have it tested

 

Alot of people are having the "update issue". With no luck on getting good results
