    Good Afternoon,

    I am trying to update my Xbox but I continually run into error code: 0x8B05000F 0x00000000 0x90080007. I have tried resetting my console through settings but it says I must go online in order to do so without losing my games and apps, however, if I go online
    I get the update prompt. I have done a hard restart of my console, unplugged my power source, and unplugged my router for 1 minute to try and reset it. I'm not sure what the issue is or what needs to be done to resolve this. It always seems to give the error
    on the verifying update portion(around the 50% portion if that's relative to anything). Any assistance would be very helpful, thank you!

    XB1 failing to update

    If it won't update return it. Are you waiting long enough? Does it give you an error code? If you get an error code post it, if you aren't getting one wait longer.

    having the same issue for a while now. Sometimes I restart my modem and it works or I just keep reatarting the download till it works. But this is a continuing problem for me. Have you found a solution ?
