Xbox one update erased game add ons and causes random switch of downloading files

since the last Xbox one system update, all my add ons for ffxv mysteriously deleted when I went to play ffxv the next day. Also the new system update changes how the games download, so every so often it randomly switches which file is downloading w a queued
item n this is taking even longer to download the already slow updates... the new layout is not user friendly and the beam service does not work or the instructions 2 use it are not clear. Please fix. I also don't like the new home screen layout and what the
Xbox button does on the controller. I'm about 2 switch to PlayStation.

Skyrim DLC Hearthfire trouble

Delete ALL add-ons, delete TITLE UPDATE from the game file, clear system cache, reboot Xbox, download ALL add-ons before starting the game again.

I had this problem and this fixed it. Delete all add-ons, delete title update from game file, then delete your system cache. Reboot your xbox, download ALL game add-ons, after all downloads are complete, then start the game and download the title update.

Have you recently downloaded any new content or DLC's? Sometimes a corrupted update or add-on can cause this issue and once the file is deleted the connection smooths out. You will know if this is the cause if the connection issues only happen during one
game.

Check and see if the add-ons are downloaded? When you did the hard reset maybe the add-ons on your games were erased.
