    Xbox One Update (DNLA)


    WOW!! I really am so happy with being able to stream from devices on my home network! It has crashed a few times and will not play some files but I am sure those issues will get worked out! I streamed the Hobbit in 3D from my computer and it was AWESOME!!
    I use Plex and Mymedia for servers..does anyone know of a better server??

    How do I watch ultraviolet movies on my xbox 360 in the UK?

    Plex server on PC or Mac + unsupported AppStore + dnla media player on Xbox one = sorted!

    new system update??

    It may be the DNLA update if so download the media player and you can stream movie, pics, and music from your PC or a USB!!

    I was able to access files wirelessly from the mybook HDD. Xbox One Update (DNLA) :)

    What folder does the dnla look for files in? I have videos in my user videos folder and public videos folder but it still says that it cannot find any files.

    what media player are you using, my ps3 server seems not to be supported by X1 it can't find the files

    i'm using Twonky and Plex, both seem to work perfectly, loving this update and not having to convert everything to AVI anymore.

    i tried plex, didn't like its interface much and looks like it needed a hefty setup.

    i will try Twonky after work.

    Ever since the update I can't stream anything from my Samsung Galaxy S4 to my Xbox. I'm not sure what is the problem and if there is anything i can do about it.
