    XBOX one update and install error 0x87e1000c and 0x80070570


    I am getting an error code that says "the item you are trying to use appears to be corrupt." This is a game I had to update and then this started. I have uninstalled the game and wiped the data files, tried many other things in the settings that I have found online and still cannot get the game to reinstall.

    Sorry to hear about this. Have you tried installing the game remotely? You can click the game title from your order history to install it via Xbox store or you can use Xbox app. Just make sure that remote features are already enabled. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features. Check the box to enable remote features and for Power options, select Sleep mode.
