    XBOX one unexpectedly turning off


    Hi, first sorry for my bad english. I have a problem a week ago. My xbox one suddenly off. The power brick changes the led from white to orange and after is completely off. This issue occurs when i try to play any game. I try solve with the microsoft troubleshooting
    steps but don't works. I don't know if a xbox issue or power brick damage. ¿Could you help me? Appreciate any advice about this problem. Thanks XBOX one unexpectedly turning off :)

    I'd just like to add that we do have pages with troubleshooting information regarding your console turning off unexpectedly or not how it's supposed to.

    If I were you, I'd check the articles either entitled
    Troubleshoot Xbox One unexpectedly turning off     for the Xbox one or
    Xbox 360 console turns off unexpectedly     for the Xbox 360.

    Look that over and let us know if that information helped you out with the issue

    XBOX one unexpectedly turning off

    Is it getting too hot? Dust? Maybe try to clear the dust and make sure it is getting good ventilation.

    Hi, thanks for the answer, i opened the power deck and clean all the components but the problem persists. I test the xbox with another power deck and works fine. I think was damaged and i need a replacement, almost the xbox one it's ok. Thanks a lot XBOX one unexpectedly turning off :)
