XBOX ONE Under Her Skin crashes game

Not sure if it is because of the patch installed today (2/4). Happens right before what I assume would be a cut-scene fade in. Kicked right to the Home screen, game crashed.

Are you referring to the Leopard skin that's outlined
over here? To clarify, a code isn't sent out for the skin, it should be showing for you under Manage Game for the title.

I can not find were the mission continues. I am at the part of the mission where i have to arrange for a spy to play to plant the recording crystal in Calpernia's camp. It's no where on my war table. what do i have to do next? please help

For those visiting the thread today just an update on this matter, it is still not fixed

I got to the same mission and the same part as the others and the game crashes and

Does not let me advance

 

EXact same error, already reinstalled the game twice (digital version).

 

Same here .worked perfectly before the patch .now i have multiple problems .under her skin is unplayable and the templar quest.i have to keep saving it and reloading to complete the quest.never had this problem before the patch

 

Same exact issue here, as soon as it appears to finish loading it crashes. Worked fine on my previous play through before the patch.

 

Having same issue; I wonder if anyone at BioWare has even bothered to try and fix this yet.

 

I also have this problem and it's really starting to annoy me! Also, whenever I go back to skyhold to sort my gear on each of my characters it kicks me back to home screen! This problem really needs patching.

EA announced they know about the problem, however they have no ETA on if or when a fix will be released. The reply I received was to start a new game or find an old save and not to choose to side with the Templars. Joy.

I've got the game on the way to me, should arrive in a couple of days. I'm guessing this "problem" patch will go in as I install my new game, which will basically "break" it before I've even played.

 

Well, I've just loaded the game, and instantly it booted me off to dashboard - for an update. Hopefully this is the patch that will fix things. Too little to late I completed the game already.
