Xbox One unable to see any Wifi. Ethernet is working.

My Xbox was working fine (wireless) till few hours ago. Now its not able to connect to the internet/router. When i tried to connect to my router it does not see any wifi. There are many devices at home that are working fine. There are other wifi router around
my house but xbox sees nothing. When i connect it to ethernet its working fine. I have tried the trouble shooting tips, factory reset my router and xbox. Tried adding in the SSID manually. Nothing is helping.

Can't connect to xbox live

My wifi is working I can connect to it with my laptop and phone but my xbox is unable to connect to my wifi or any wifi in the area. It is also unable to connect when I use an ethernet cord. I have restarted and unplugged everything but I still have the
same problem.

xbox one s. wifi not working

Xbox one s has started to think it has an ethernet cable attached when theres not one connected. also wifi will not work due to ethernet cable setting stopping wifi from working. console works fine and connects to internet when ethernet cable is plugged
in but console has allways operated with wifi and have only used cable when problem arised. any ideas. I have tried console reset but problem still exists.

Have you tried the offline diagnostic tool?
support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool . Please download the OSUDT2 if your console is in the Preview program please visit the preview forum instead of the offline tool!!!

This might able to fix the issue if you are still having the same issue after you applied the diagnostic tool then your console needs repair.

It did not work. My xbox is not seeing anyy wifi networks at all. So i dont think its a software problem

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We understand you are unable to connect to the Wifi. Have you tried a ethernet(wired) connection? You can try the

troubleshoot wizard for unable to connect.

I'd say 1. Either the wifi connector in your xbox one for some reason is screwed up 2. Try using an ethernet cord directly to it to see if it works
