Xbox one UI non responsive

A strange thing happened to my Xbox. We were watching anime on crunchyroll and then switched to youtube app. The youtube app synced settings then screen went blank. Hit the home button and youtube did not respond anymore. Now the following things are happening
to my console.

1. Will not get on live, even after verifying that the connection has been established and tested successfully
   
2. System settings takes about 2 min to load
3. System option in settings is just blank, will not respond even after 4 min
4. Date and time is stuck in the year 2013, cannot change as system option is unresponsive
   
5. Loading games are not working, they hang looking to DLC content (Batman Arkham Knight)
   
6. Switching profiles is painfully sluggish
7. network test takes 10 min
8. Trying to move games from internal to external doesn't do anything. ( Gets to the move button but nothing happens, doesn't even highlight button )
   

Thing I have tried. Hard reset console, cleared cache, clear mac address. Cant seem to do anything else. What else can 'I attempt to do?

Xbox One controller non responsive

Try doing a hard reset on your console. Press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds or until it shuts down completely. Then unplug the power cable from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the cable back into the console
and start it up. Once it is up go ahead and test the controller. Let us know how it goes. Good Luck!

 

Xbox One controller non responsive

So earlier today everything was fine but then I went to McDonalds and when I got back my controller wouldn't do anything. It is still connected to my Xbox because every time I turn on my controller my Xbox starts up as well, but I can press any button I
want and it won't do anything. Triggers, D pad, analog sticks, the buttons, and even the center button all register no results on my Xbox. I changed my controller batteries, tried resynching my controller, and even tried using the other two controllers I own
and still nothing happens

 

Ok, my question got pushed out of the first few pages in the support forum because of so many posts about the preview program. Legitimate problem with console and this is the topic that doesn't get responded to.. Maybe I should change the topic to "Xbox
one is the worst" and I might get a reply,

Anyway, frustration is over, I managed to fix the problem, wiped everything on my hard drive to get console to work again. Thankyou to all of the support peopled who helped me with my issue.

 

Legitimate console support problem has been pushed out the forums due to all of the posts relating to preview program. Maybe if I change the topic to "Xbox Is the worst" and I might get a response.

Frustration rant over with, I managed to fix problem. After 5 min finally went into system options and I reset console to factory defaults. Lost all my games and have to re download almost 400GB of games again but at least the console works. Thankyou to
all of the support people who responded to my issue helped me fix it.....
