Xbox One Twitch livestreaming dated - less "limiting" than PS4 app, says MS

I love the idea of being able to join a live stream. But i am sure it will be heavily monitored. And good on Xbox One for allowing it. My only concern is i can see this being abused. It already has on the PS4, with people being rude, and lots of people swearing
in the comments box and general bad behaviour.

As soon as anyone gets on the twitch / ustream app on PS4, or on their own sites. You get racist, sexist comments left, right and centre.

A one to one stream, could be abused in many ways... I hope they crack down on that sort of thing.

Also no news as to whether it is behind Microsoft Subscription.

I am sorry for my late response .

I didn't mentioned something about twitch broadcasting , also i didnt even say anything about livestreaming or something i was very specific that i cant use headset's mic on more than one app at the same time

I had to download the xbox insider app and join the xbox preview update omega, once I did that I opened up twitch, tried livestreaming, and again it said livestreaming isnt available. But all you have to do after that Is in the middle of the livestream, switch games and go back and it should work, this worked for me and a couple of my friends.
