Xbox One Twitch App Viewing Issue

Twitch is trying to narrow things down so they can get a fix out. If you have other devices on the same network (PC, 360, mobile, etc.) that can stream Twitch please respond. Thanks again for your patience; they're moving as fast as they can.

 

OK Now twitch is dead for me i dont respect people dont respect me the time twitch make for a fix is an unrespect for canadian x1 user its unbeliveble.

 

Twitch works fine on my laptop, and Android phone. Still not working on Xbox One. Can't see how this is an ISP issue if thats the case.

 

Replying back to confirm that yes, i'm definitely Canadian. Everything else on the network is working with twitch (Two pcs, two mobile phones). Thank you for bringing this to their attention. Patiently awaiting a fix.

 

i am Canadian also and can not use twitch on my xbox one, but it works just fine while i use it on my pc so it can not be a Canadian isp problem it has to be an xbox problem

Twitch just got back to us and we think it should be fixed. Can you guys give it a try and let me know how it goes?

 

Just tried using the Xbox one twitch app and it's still not working. Twitch works on every other device except the latter. I do appreciate your efforts on a fix. Hope this gets resolved soon.

Twitch is not fixed LoneGnome i can't load chanel its freeze all the time

I m from québec canada on my x1 my region is (français canada)

 

I am having a similar prob but its the case of not being able to have my stream online, it says I,m broadcasting on xbox one but on website it isn't it says offline-.-

 

I find my own fix i m canda and now i make my x1 usa region now and all work find

In canada region all the chanel freeze

 

Still not working..

I have called my ISP (Vidéotron) and the lead support tell me Twitch or MS never contacted them..

Twitch work on my Apple TV3, GalaxyS4, Galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition, laptop, desktop, linux desktop...

And the app is working on my xone when I switch my region for USA... but for me it's not what I call a fix... because we paying xbox live to use apps like that in our region and language no?..

 

G'day all. We really don't recommend you change the region to something other than where you're located.

For those of you who still experience freezing issues, try a power cycle
on your console.

For issues with broadcasting, make sure all of your settings are adjusted
like so.
