    Xbox One Tv Guide Troubleshooting


    I live in Phoenix, Az and I have Satellite service called Sky Mexico and I cant get the OneGuide to set it up is there any one out there having the same problem please help!!!!!

    Have you ticked the 50Hz that is in troubleshooting in TV and One Guide settings or the one in the main settings?

    You need to tick the 50Hz option that is in TV and One Guide troubleshooting

    We'd recommend going through this guide for troubleshooting at 4K or HDR related issues you may be having with the TV.

    It's very likely since the TV doesn't support 10 bit, that the TV will be able to take full advantage of the HDR capabilities of Xbox One S. That guide will be best to help you confirm this though.

    1. Say "Xbox, go to Settings" or select Settings at My games & apps.
    2. Select TV & OneGuide.

    Hey there Bad Dachsunds,

    You're going to want to use this guide to troubleshoot those problems, It's possible the TV doesn't fully support the needs required to get 4K on the Xbox One S. It's also possible that there is a setting that needs to be changed on the TV to allow this
    connection to work properly.
