Xbox one tv colours wrong?, please someone help me

All the colours on my Xbox seem to be inverted or something, I didn't touch my settings or anything I simply logged on and played a couple of dead by daylight matches and saw suddenly my screen turned weird plz help me

Do you get the problem when using the TV but not using the console?

What I'm trying to get at is the problem with the TV or the console, if you get the problem when not using the console then its the TV that is faulty.

Yea man, im sick of this I've been trying to fix this all day, I'll try to sort it out tomorrow, thx for your help

I assume you have closed the Xbox down completely and unplugged it for at least 30 seconds (sometimes 5 minutes can help) Also as ChiefJoboo stated, check your setting in display & sound, advanced settings. just to make sure everything is set correct.
You don't say which version of Xbox One are using either.
