    Xbox One Turtle Beach Microphone not working under new Preview Program


    I haven't had this issue before I updated. I think it may be the headset adapter but I wanted to see if anybody else had similar issues. I can still hear people but my microphone isn't detected. It cuts in and out. Any help?

    Turtle Beach x12 Headset Does Not Receive Audio

    Turtle Beaches currently are not compatible with the Xbox One.

    Turtle Beach are working on making Xbox one headsets.

    Turtle Beach x12's and xb1

    Currently turtle beaches do not work with the Xbox one...Turtle beach is working on the xbox one version of the turtle beach. I've heard that it'll be feb/march before they come out

    Yeah man this is happening to almost everyone who has a transmitter box. The only thing to do is go into game chat and wait till the next update on the 12th.

    There are a lot of known issues with the NXOE and accessories not working. A lot do not have full support yet, and will get support later on.

    What kind of microphone are you using? Turtle beaches? Turtle beaches are known to disconnect users from Xbox live sometimes (when USB is plugged in)
