    Xbox One turns on, won't boot up.


    My Xbox One won't boot up after three weeks of trying. I hear there is a file that can be downloaded to a flash drive and used to reboot the console. Can anyone help me find it?

    I've not heard of this file you mention but have you tried just totally unplugging leads, turn power off completely, give it 10 minutes and tried again?

    If that doesn't solve it I would phone Xbox Support ( if you haven't already )

    Like he said! if Xbox one does not use Update tool offline, it's easy but check youtube for more to use! Xbox One turns on, won't boot up. :)

    Can you please power down the Xbox 360 console remove the power cables from the console and the wall outlet for two minutes to allow the console to fully reset. After this connect everything back on and attempt to power up the console. If the console still
    does not fully power on please disconnect any accessories and hard drives connected to the console then try power up the console again.

    Can you also try following the support guide below.

    Also my power brick is fine and nothing is wrong with it
    you know that nothing is wrong with my Xbox 360 power. The problem is it doesn't boot up

    Well, that sounds a bit frustrating. I would try to contact Customer Service and see if they can help you figure out what's going on.

    I did this already, four separate times now, and it still does exactly the same thing.

    It comes on, brings up the green Xbox screen which idles for several long minutes, and then goes directly to a black screen and continues to do nothing.
