Xbox one turns on then off tried the trouble shooting on line didn't work...????

Xbox just keeps turning on then off orange light then a white light sometimes it comes on for a minute or two sometimes 5 seconds help!!

this did not work for me

My xbox s keeps shutting off, or wont turn on at all. then it will turn on by its self....only to shut down again.

after off and on many times, eventually i will get it to stay on.

i did all the trouble shooting found on this forun and also turned off the auto off feature.

what else can it be?

Hey there, have you tried all of the following trouble shooting steps:
support.xbox.com/.../console-turns-off-unexpectedly

There might be an issue with your power supply so check that step closely, just to make sure.

Ok let’s try a few simple steps first.

1) Try plugging the Xbox into a different power outlet.

2) Make sure the cable from the outlet to the brick is fully inserted

3) Make sure the power lead is fully plugged into the back of the Xbox

With the power outlet its best not to use any socket that has surge protection as the Xbox power brick has it built in and there is a small chance that it could cause problems.

i tried both factory reset and it still taking me back to the trouble shoot screen

i did hard reset, turn off console and unpluged cable and nothing works

So I woke up this morning to find that my xbox wasn't turning on after a thunder storm my power didn't go out that I'm aware of and tried so many different trouble shooting ways but still nothing so I took my xbox back to eb games under warranty and got
a new one and brought it back home to find that this one does the same thing as my old one doesnt turn on and the second I plug it into the console instead turns itself off on the power supply what is causing this to happen

Ok the hard reset didn't work either. Is there any other trouble shoot ideas or should I just send my Xbox one to Microsoft?
