Xbox one turns on then immediately shuts off.

Had the xbox for over a year and its been fine, until about a week ago. Now when I turn it on, it lights up and makes the "on" sound, but immediately shuts off after that. Im not even making it to the xbox splash screen. Anyone had this issue? Seems
weird it just showed up outta nowhere.

Either you need a new power brick, or need to wiggle the cable around a bit, or even just need to put it on some sort of solid material and not on a carpet floor or anything so it won't overheat.

Hey I PaperStacks I! When the console shuts off does the power button chime play again as well? Additionally, is the console plugged in to a surge protector? Post back and let me know!

My suggestion, if you've tried troubleshooting, is to call the MS store closest to you and set up an appointment with a technician to try to fix the problem.
