    I meant turn off the console and turn it on again, but sign in before booting up the game. And there is no way to clear the cache on the Xbox One.

    Sounds like a NAT issue.

    If you tried a static IP, it'd probably show moderate or strict NAT.

    If it just started randomly with no changes in the network, try shutting your console off, unplugging your router AND modem (if you have both), let it set for 30 seconds to five minutes. Turn on just modem, let boot fully (may want to look at lights before
    turning it off), turn on router , boot fully, turn on xbox.

    If you're still disconnecting, I'd recommend talking to connectivity support.
