    Xbox One turns on by itself on energy save mode


    My Xbox One turns on by itself on energy save mode I replaced the power brick on jan 13th,the console turned itself on today jan 17th. How can I fix this?

    my console turns on by itself on energy saving mode at random times when not in use.I tried system reset and power cycle. I'm still having issues,how can I fix it?

    Hey there,

    When you power cycled, did you try this specific method? Give these steps a shot:

    1. Press and hold the power button until your Xbox One fully powers down.
    2. Unplug all accessories along with the power cable and let the console sit for 5 minutes.
    3. Power everything back up and give it another shot!

    do you have your console on instant mode if so your Xbox one fan should turn off if you have your Xbox one is on energy saving mode it should turn off within 5 minutes

    If you have your Xbox One on instant on mode turn it to energy saving mode instead. Instant on causes alot of problems with networks.
