    Xbox one turns on but then freezes on xbox dashboard


    Hello i turned my xbox one on today and it wont let me sign in to my profile and all the apps and games are blurred and it tells me to put an error code in but this doesn't bring anything back please help

    Xbox one turns on but freezes at dashboard!!!

    My xbox one started freezing at the dashboard today after being turned on my wifi was out earlier in the morning so i was not on but when did turn it on it lets me click something then freezes I've turned it off an held the Xbox sensor for 10 secs as the
    error notification said but no luck please help!!

    When I turn on my Xbox it freezes on the start screen just before it reaches dashboard?

    help please

    Are you able to get to the dashboard or does it freeze when turning on?

    Try removing the hard drive, turning the Xbox on, and seeing what happens.

    Something new is happening to my xbox. When i dashboard it freezes. When I turn it off and back on it is nevrr on xbox live which never ussualy happens. I can still play online but when i dashboard for any reason itnfreezes and i must turn off my xbox. There
    a place a professional can look at my xbox? I think it might be the hardware..

    Dashboard freeze

    My xbox one freezed on the first day I got it home from the store after update at the dashboard. I think it is the software issue so i Keep it. after a few updates week or so later I thought it get fix. but to my surprise it still happen and more often now.
    it happen after i watch CBC or TV mode and press the xbox button to go back to the dashboard it freezed. u can turn off the console but turn it back on again the whole menu still not working. So what I did was go to my xbox one itself and press and hold the
    white xbox touch icon for like 10s for a cold reboot. and it work again after that. but it happen very often now. I dont think changing it to a new xbox one will help. this seem to be a software issue.
