So just to confirm you're saying that the Xbox works on another TV, but won't work on the other? Also that other devices will work on the HDMI port that the Xbox doesn't?

Have you tried resetting the display settings when on the TV it doesn't work on?

To reset your display settings, follow these steps:

1.Make sure that there’s no disc in the disc tray.

    2.Turn off the console.

    3.Turn on the console.

Note If you’re using an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller, make sure only one wireless controller is connected to the console and then turn off and restart the console by using the Guide button on that controller.

4.As the console starts, press and hold Y while pulling the right trigger on the controller. The display settings are reset to the default settings, and then the console automatically restarts.

Xbox 360 E or Xbox 360 S console: To reset display setting on these console models, you can also just turn off the console and then hold the power button on the front of the console down for about 10 seconds. (The lights will flash several times.)

  3. Sound but no video

Hey there, to reset your display settings try:

    -

    Reset the console display settings

    -

If the display problem is still not resolved, reset the display settings of your console. Here’s how:

1.Remove any discs from the disc tray.

    2.Turn off the console.

    3.Turn on the console.

Note If you are using an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller, turn on the console by using the Guide button on the controller. Make sure that you use the player 1 controller when you do this. The player 1 controller will have the upper-left light illuminated.

4.As the console starts, on the controller, press and hold Y while pulling the right trigger. The display settings are reset to the default settings, and then the console automatically restarts.

    Hey there DarkTachyon,

Sorry to hear about the issue with the Xbox One console not starting up properly. We do have a guide for this though that can help with either Blank Screens or Error Codes. Give it a shot and see if it helps!

    Troubleshoot Xbox One startup errors

In step 1, select I AM EXPERIENCING A STARTUP ISSUE and then BLACK SCREEN in step 2

    60hz to 50 hz xbox 360?

    Turn the console off.

Hold the RT and Y button on a controller, and on the controller you're holding Y and RT, press the Xbox button to turn the console on.

Keep holding Y and RT until the console has started to the dashboard.

Go to the console settings, and in the display settings, set it so the display works on your TV.

Usually, this is only necessary if you are using an old TV with Component input (i.e. the yellow/red/white AV cable).

I highly recommend using a HDMI connection (if your Xbox 360 supports HDMI, and is not one of the old original Xbox 360 consoles).

HDMI capable TVs should have no issues with 50 or 60 Hz.

Wireless controllers will not sync to console

Well, found this too: If you're using an HDMI connection between the Xbox 360 and the TV, it might be that. When using HDMI, the Xbox won't boot up until it knows what the TV is capable of displaying. Although the controller will turn the console on, it
won't sync with the console -- and it's not a controller or console problem, but just a symptom of the fact that the Xbox won't get to the point where controllers will sync until it can properly communicate with the TV. I'd recommend turning off the TV and
the Xbox, disconnecting the HDMI cable and re-connecting it after making sure the contacts are clean. Then turn the Xbox back on first; you'll likely to see the same behavior. Finally, turn the TV back on. With it being switched back into HDMI mode, it just
might "kick-start" the Xbox into a good communication link across HDMI.
