    Xbox One Turns On and Off instantly


    Xbox is getting power, is connected through a wall socket not a wall surge protector. Turns on and makes the noise, the light turns on, but then off, cant get it to eject a disc and nothing is over heated.

    Xbox One turns on then off instantly.

    It is most likely a motherboard problem if it is immediately shutting off like that. The support article

    here     just suggests you
    request a repair    .

    DIY-repair guidance isn't allowed on the Xbox forums.

    Hi Lord Dio Brando,

    Sorry you're having issues with your console. Does the power supply stay white the whole time? If it doesn't then I would suggest following these steps
    for power issues.

    LDB,

    seems you are using a xbox 360 and not an xbox one. If that is the case it would be better if you post here to get help:
