Xbox One Turns On and but no display.

If you haven't already, I highly suggest checking this link Troubleshooting a blank TV screen or monitor while your Xbox is on | Xbox Support. Would you also provide us with the error code that you are receiving after the factory reset.

Sorry for the issue with the console not turning on. To request a call back and talk with a support agent follow this guide to help get a call back.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
• Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips
  
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

Reset your display settings. Here's how:

If there’s a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.

On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for five seconds to turn off the console.

Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console.

Note This will boot your console in a low resolution mode (640 × 480). To reset these settings again, press the Menu button, select Settings, and then select Display & sound.

Sorry to hear it. This could just be a temporary bug. Please try tapping the Guide button on your controller to see if you have a side bar. If you do then please try powercycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds. This should
clear up the screen
