    Xbox One turns on and as soon it turns off


    I'm having a problem with my Xbox One, some months ago it started to not turnnig on. Everytime that i press the "Power On" button, with the Xbox logo it makes a diferente sound and after more os less 10 seconds it turns off again.

    Can someone help me with this problem? What i can do at my home to figure out where's the problem?

    Xbox one turn on then it turns off

    I'm going through the same thing. Took the console to GameStop, where they had power supply I could hook up to.

    Same issue, orange light, flashes white for a second then back to orange. Console will not power on...

    For me it's not the power supply...

    Hello Breno,

    Sorry for the issue with the console. We recommend unplugging the console completely and leave it unplugged for 15 minutes. Then plug back in and try it and see if it shuts off.

    This can usually be solves by resetting the surge protection in the power supply. Unplug the console and power supply (if you have an original Xbox one) for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. If that does not fix this problem your power supply (internal
    or external) may need repairs.
