    Xbox One turns off using Netflix/Youtube

    Recently after updating my console from the November update, my console will shut itself off about 2-3 minutes into any Netflix show or Youtube video. I have called Xbox and they told me to some type of storage on my console, I've done a hard reset on it,
    and have reinstalled the app. It still does the same thing. Anyone else having this issue? If you did, did you find a solution???
