Xbox One turns off using Netflix/Youtube

Recently after updating my console from the November update, my console will shut itself off about 2-3 minutes into any Netflix show or Youtube video. I have called Xbox and they told me to some type of storage on my console, I've done a hard reset on it,
and have reinstalled the app. It still does the same thing. Anyone else having this issue? If you did, did you find a solution???

How to turn off the controller

So pressing and holding the guide button for 6 seconds till the controller turns off isn't an official method of turning it off without selecting Turn off the controller from the options i hope it's not a hack or glitch here's a video on YouTube on what
    I'm referring to
Watch "How to turn off a wireless Xbox One gamepad" on YouTube

    https://youtu.be/_-3Cj-Yhq94

Watch "Turning off Xbox One Controller from the Controller" on YouTube

    https://youtu.be/7olVH0Er9oc

These are the only two videos on YouTube I'm not sure if these ways are official or glitches or hacks whatever lol i just saw them and asked
