Xbox one turns off by itself and makes turn on sound occasionally when off

So my xbox one turns off by itself within 30 minutes of being on every time I try using it. I have tried switching power supplies, switching wall outlets, resetting the power supply, and it is not overheating. The only way I can even turn it on anymore is
with my controller, the touch sensor is not registering being touched. Aside from this, when I leave my xbox off and plugged into the wall it occasionally will do the turn on sound but the button doesn't light up and it does not turn on. It has done this approximately
3 times in the past half hour.

The same thing happened to my 360, and I was never able to fix it. I have had my xbox for four years. Please help, this is making me super sad

Xbox noise when turned off

my Xbox one occasionally makes a sound like it's reading a disk when it's turned off. I turn the console off by holding the controller button and selectioning turn off console.

Xbox turned off by itself last night but before it turned off by itself and made this really weird noise/ sound effect and now when I turn it back on every time I turned it back on the sound of used to make isn't it more and now it makes a totally different
sound is anyone else experiencing this

The console makes no sounds itself when turned on using the Guide button on the controller.

Very sorry to hear about this odd issue. After reading the steps you have tried to resolve the issue, your console may need to be repaired. First, I would check to see if you have a nearby friend or family member who has an Xbox One console to let you try
their power supply. This will fully rule out if it is a power issue on the console.

If the issue replicates on a different power supply, the next step will be to visit our Online Service Center to begin the repair process.

I've tried these things. My xbox is well ventilated. It's the forza console, so it makes a car noise when you press the on/off button. I can turn it on with either the controller, inserting a disk, or the button itself, and within a minute the car sound
will play again as if I have pressed the on/off button an it shuts down. Also if left unchecked it will sometimes make the noise by itself while it is off, but not always turn on. This happened last month and I just turned it on one day and it worked fine,
and has consistently for the last two weeks, but has started again. Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to come with the wireless headset, just a regular one. It should play MW3 sounds for disc eject and for turning it on/off but only if you use the buttons on the console itself (ei if you turn it on with the controller it
won't make the sounds).
