XBOX ONE TURNS OFF AFTER 5 MINUTES OF GAME PLAY

A few weeks ago, my Xbox One would shut off unexpectedly after about 5 minutes of game play and would not restart using the power button on the front. I would then have to unplug the power brick from the wall, wait a few seconds and plug it back in. I would
then have to wait for a full boot up of the console and start again. After another 5 minutes usually, of game play, it would do the same again. This is not the "Orange Light" issue I've heard so much about. When my console shuts off, the light on the power
brick is out.

The odd part is, just sitting there powered up, it doesn't shut off. It only does it once I start playing a game.

Any assistance would be helpful.

250 gb slim beeping! randomly turns on off wtf!

it wil beep a few times over about 3-5 minutes but only ever one beep. The it will power off. Also beep a few times then turn on.

I have cleaned all buttons, last night i could not play at all it would turn off after 3-5 mins

I'd like to play 5 minutes of Pong with Megan Fox and then turn off "that silly xbox".

It sounds like the console may be overheating when under a load (playing a game) Make sure all the vents are free of dust and the console is well ventilated. If that doesn't help you should go ahead and set it up for a repair. Customer support will be

I'm pretty sure the power supply was overheating. I blew compressed air through it and I haven't had a problem since.

I'm experiencing the same issues. My system was working fine for the first few weeks but when I start playing it today, it keeps shutting off. Every time I'm 5 minutes into the game the system will shut off. And there would be a few times when after it shuts
off, I will turn it back on and it will shut off a second later. It will do this like 5 times until it turns completely on. I hardly was playing my Xbox one. I probably played it 10 times since I bought it.
