    Won't appear on TV ,power brick seems fine , the fans inside the xbox work literally turns it's self of after 20 seconds of it trying to work makes the of button sound aswell

    As mentioned above it might be the power supply pack itself.

    Try to plug the console into a different wall socket and see if that might help. Also try to avoid having the console plugged in with other devices sharing its power supply. But i believe it might be a case of needing a replacement power pack.

    Hi 1234mikeL. try to change power setting or better, try an another power brick (ask for a friend i fyou can). You don't precise the Xbox One
    model but if you talk about "power brick", it's the FAT one i think.
