Xbox One Turning self off

Every time I insert or remove a disc from my XBone it turns itself off like I hit the power button, if I unplug the power cord for a few minutes that seems to fix it, but later it always starts again, even if I have just turned it on from sleep mode, I tried
Google but cant find any info anywhere. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this because I have only had it since march.

Hey there. If you've gone through all of the steps here:
support.xbox.com/.../console-turns-off-unexpectedly you may need a repair. Make sure you run through the Troubleshoot your Power Supply thoroughly, and make sure your console is plugged directly into the wall, not a power strip.

Hi my xbox one turns on then shuts down within 2 seconds I've tried everything to get it back in working order but nothing works and I've seen online its a common problem so need help thanks.

 

Hi! Try doing a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug from the outlet for 30 sec then plug it back in and back on and see if the problem is fixed. Hopefully it is. Hope this helps.
