Xbox one turning on without being told to

Discus and support Xbox one turning on without being told to in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Not sure what else to try. My Xbox just magically turns on ..     Xbox one turning on without being told to


    Not sure what else to try. My Xbox just magically turns on .. All controllers and hard drive disconnected issue started today . has run fine for 2 years now and no changes have happened in my home. Anyone else having a issue.

    HDMI pass through with Xbox one?

    Sometimes I want to watch the Directv without turning on the Xbox. The directv is wired to the Xbox then on to my receiver so do I have to have the Xbox on in order to pass the signal or is there a setting in the Xbox to pass the signal on without it being

    Xbox one turning on without being told to

    Try shutting the console down unplugging the power supply after about 5 minutes hook back up see if that helps. My only other guess could be that if you have any family or friends living with you on the network they could be using smart glass to power it
    on.

    I have tried to hard reset unplugged unit more than 5 min .. Have made sure ALL other devices were off (controller's laptap tablet phones etc.) And still magically on it comes . the unit only seems to shut off for any were from 10. To an hour.. Any other
    ideas would be great thx

    My TV turns on with my xbox one without even setting it up... i believe a signal is being sent through the hdmi cable

    Xbox one controller failed update, keeps flashing

    I have **** down the xbox one, plugged in the controller with no batteries, it immediately started flashing again, without the xbox being on, and it wil not turn on if im holding the controller home button.
