    Xbox One turning on unexpectedly


    Hi,

    I have noticed for several days my Xbox One has been turning on unexpectedly. This issue has been happening:

    • During the night, and when I wake up the Xbox One console is already turned on
    • When sometimes I am in a call
    • When I am only watching TV

    I would appreciate your reply and assistance for this matter. It is sometimes annoying that I have to turn off my Xbox One console very often when I am not using it
