Xbox one turning on for one second ( chime and Everything)then off the next

So I've used this Xbox one for a couple years now. I have always started using the controller to turn it on but then that didn't work so I had to get up and manually press the power button on the Xbox but recently when I started doing that it would sign up the button would light up the power connector with the orange light would stay solid but then the console would just turn off, I have to do it so many times just to get the actual Xbox to turn on and the amount of times is never consistent. I'm not sure if it's because the console is dying if I'm doing something wrong. I'm not sure if I need to get a new power cord? I have unplugged it and plugged it back in, I have changed the batteries on my controller, I have removed a disk making sure that wasn't the problem I have cleared space on my storage, did that Blu-ray thingy, I've tried so many things and nothing has worked. I don't want to drop more money on an Xbox and I'm afraid to send it to Microsoft and not have the thing that I use almost daily for about a month for them to not find anything wrong does anybody have a solution? I'd be very grateful I'm almost desperate here I'm losing my mind

If that step doesn't work, please also try connecting it to a different wall outlet and see if it works.

If it has an external hard drive connected, turn off your console then disconnect the external hard drive. Turn on the console without the external hard drive and see if it works.

Try turning the Xbox One off at the plug and then on, then hold the eject and power buttons, you should hear a chime keep holding until you hear the second chime. Then you should see an image in 480p with reset image options. Go into settings and set the
image options back to how you want them. Hope this helps!

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend if you can try a different power supply. With it going back to orange while plugged in sounds like it the power supply. When the console is turned on it should turn white and stay white. You can also try

my console wont power on for more troubleshooting.

Tries changing the power supply but it still doesn't work. As I said when I plug in the power brick, it turns white then orange then white again then orange, then it goes orange. And this is in multiple different power bricks. Anymore suggestions? Please
help
