xbox one turning on by itself and ejecting discs

My Xbox one just started to do the same thing. I bought it a little over a month ago. The Xbox turns on by itself and when I am in the middle of a game it will eject the disc and takes the disc back. This time my kinect is also doing the same thing where
it turns off or says it isn't connected. I had the same problem with the Xbox 360 slim. The console is on its own little stand and nothing is near the system itself. i am thinking it has to do with the console's capacitive buttons

Try to hold your Finger on the power button until it turns off and you hear a click. And unplug the System for about 5 minutes. That is what you would call a power cycle, And that would flush out the RAM after leaving it unplugged to have a clean reboot
of the programs that run the system. After you try that. Go to your settings and select Power & Start up and make sure it's on energy saving after your done. Hope this help! Take care!

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
the results.
