Xbox One Turning On And Off Without Me Touching It. Help please!!

Hi, i purchased an Xbox one a few days ago and it has been playing up. I got it on the 23rd or 22nd and it worked perfectly then, i tried turning it on today and it kept turning on and off while playing that sound alot of times. I think there may be
a scratch on the power button because it's a Wii U gamepad, if theres a dent, it'll glitch because it's easy for it happen, like the Xbox one the power button is sensitive. Can someone please help me and tell if they've had the same problem like me. Please
respond to me asap!

Xbox one turns on off on off rapidly then comes on

hi my xbox one keeps turning on off on off rapidly then it comes on sometimes it even does it without me touching it any help would be great oh when its on it stays on

Xbox one turning itself on and off without touching power button!?

Hello, i was just wondering if anyone could please help me with my xbox one console.

I've read up all over the internet for a solution, so heres what happens.

I plug in my xbox ones power cable to the wall and I put the other end into the console with the power still off at the wall. my HDMI 1 cable is plugged into my xbox and TV as it should be.

Now heres where the weird stuff happens, I turn the power point on at the wall and without touching the power button on the console,and then the xbox turns itself on and makes the startup noise one or two times. then the green xbox screen starts and before
its finishes loading to get to the xbox menus it makes the turn off sound another 3 times. Then another couple of seconds later it makes the startup noise a couple more times and then the same with the turn off noise.

Sometimes when it starts up and i'm able to launch a game or youtube(bearly ever happens) it turns itself off again, theres not really much of a time limet for when it turns off when this happens, but it always dose.

If this has happend to anyone else or if you know a fix, could you please help me out thanks.

Hey there this is a rare issue in the new update so no the Wii U gamepad didn't harm the console it is just a bug in the new update. That's all,

I was playing and my xbox stopped and turned off by herself and the main button doesn't produce any light from the led when I touch it.

The power adapter displayed for one second just orange light and then no more LED light.

I'd like to know if the power adapter is broken or if it's a problem with my xbox so please help me :'(

This is an issue they are working on. When it happens you can do a hard reset by touching the xbox logo on the front of the console for a few seconds until it turns off. This will fix it temporarily.

Try to always turn off the xbox when you are not using it. That seems to be helping me.

Annnnnnd now wireless changed to Moderate by itself without me touching anything. Anyone? Please help.
