    Xbox One Turning Off Unexpectedly


    I have tried looking for definite answers for this, but still haven't seen any clear solutions.

    One of our consoles was gifted as pre-owned earlier this year, and we keep having the same problem - the console switches itself off unexpectedly. It doesn't matter what game is put in, it does this all the time. We have tried the steps of the on-screen
    troubleshooter but it still keeps shutting down. The console isn't enclosed so there it wouldn't be overheating. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
