    Xbox one turning off unexpectedly.


    Hey guys, my xbox one has just started doing this weird thing which is turning off unexpectedly when i turn it on.

    When i turn it on i can count to 20-30 seconds then it turn it self off. I tried to follow the solution in support about the heating, which is when it doesn't get enough air or a ventilated area it will turn off itself, but my xbox is in ventilated area
    and it still turn off after 30seconds i turn it on.

    Is there any solution someone can help me with?

    Hey Taylor!

    I'd just like to add that we do have pages with troubleshooting information regarding your console turning off unexpectedly or not how it's supposed to.

    If I were you, I'd check the articles either entitled
    Troubleshoot Xbox One unexpectedly turning off     for the Xbox one or
    Xbox 360 console turns off unexpectedly     for the Xbox 360.

    Look that over and let us know if that information helped you out with the issue

    Xbox one turning off unexpectedly.

    Is there any excessive sound coming from the system fans? It might be the system thinking its overheating or one of the internal fans has packed in.

    Yes i just hear the sound of the Xbox one when it turns on it ''beeps'' then after it ''beeps'' again and turn off. I was playing lately today on it, and it just ''beeps' turn off while i was playing....

    still any solution?

    if power cycle your console for 10 seconds then wait for 30 seconds then turn it on or powercycle for 10 seconds then unplug it for 30 seconds then plug it back in then turn it on if that doesn't help and reset your xbox one . there two ways
    you can reset your xbox one your can keep my games and apps or you can delete everything if that doesn't help you might want send your xbox one for a repair and before you send xbox one in you need to register your xbox one

    before you send your xbox one for a repair make sure your xbox one is not hot and another troubleshoot you can do clear persistent storage
