Xbox One turning off randomly

Xbox One turning off randomly. I bought a new power brick and no change. I would like my Xbox to be serviced but when I use the link on xbox.com I get error message:

“We’re sorry. We are unable to process your request online at this time. Please <b>contact Microsoft Support</b> for assistance. (kgThLmNotEyPf/9I.16)”

Gamer chat help service and online links cannot get me to where I need to be . It is really maddening. I keep getting people to send me links that do not work and all I want to do is just send my Xbox to someone and have them fix it. Are you finally the
person that can help me get what I need? Thanks for your help!!!

I had to updated my console to install rdr2 to updated it an a couple of games, an now it's like it has a mind of its own turning off randomly, sometimes it Will turn off while it is stating up

It could be a failing power supply. That is covered on that page.

Here are some instructions I found on clearing the persistent storage. Notice is says to clear it 3 times.

Press the Menu button > Settings > Blu Ray & Disc > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage THREE times.

Follow these steps to power cycle your Xbox One Console: 1. While the console is on, press and hold the console's Xbox button for 5 seconds.

Mine must be an overheating issue. I have a small personal fan blowing on it now and doesn't shut down anymore.

Everything works until the "Schedule a Repair" link. From there is just sort of stops. Nothing happens. That was close though That is the farthest I have ever gotten.

The only option in that case would be arguably to take it to a Microsoft store but that'd be dependent on that option being available to you, everything else is done through the website in order to be traceable and avoid a situation being open to spoofing.
