xbox one turning off as soon as i load a game

Sorry for the issue with the console. We recommend unplugging the console completely and leave it unplugged for 15 minutes. Then plug back in and try it and see if it shuts off.

This can usually be solves by resetting the surge protection in the power supply. Unplug the console and power supply (if you have an original Xbox one) for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. If that does not fix this problem your power supply (internal
or external) may need repairs.

I had this problem every time I'd try to load up a game or join a friends game minecraft would freeze up on me and boot me back to the home screen.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to no avail.

It turned out the reason was because I was loading it with two controllers switched on to one profile ( I was using one while the other was charging) as soon as I turned one off it loaded up straight away.

Hi, My xbox one s turns on loads games, you can play off line but as soon as you try online it turns off. I can download content but not play?

Try restarting your network by completely deleting the network and reconecting it if that doesn't work restart your router. I hope I was able to help you have a good afternoon.🙂✌️

yes same here it's crap as soon as i turn off and start back up the sign in will just keep loading i can see my profile load but can't select anything have to reboot then it won't connect to the internet have to restart my router then everything works fine.
Or my console won't turn off the light will flash then the Kinect will turn off while the Xbox light keeps flashing .
