    I use to get this quite often and I have a Kinect. I changed a few things and a few Console Updates have since passed so I don't know if it was something I changed or an Update?

    As for Router interference, not sure of that. I did change from Wireless to a Wired Connection a while back. That was for different reasons though.

    Well I personally think recent update has caused this as it's been fine week's before update my Xbox is only 3 weeks old so back to shop refund buy ps4 had enough of being taken for granted xbox are lieing constantly does not wash with me yet another customer
    lost and looking at the forums thousands more to follow

    Check out these steps if you haven't:

    Also, try unplugging the Kinect from the Xbox One and do a power cycle on the Xbox. (hold power button for 10 seconds until it turns off by itself. you should see the green boot screen when you turn it back on)
