Xbox one turn on then off 2 sec later

have you tried the following?

1. power cycle - turn off the Xbox unplug for 30 sec then plug back in

2. soft reset - turn on Xbox then press and hold the power button until it turn off and maintain pressed for another 30 sec

I press the power button and it turns off about 2 seconds later making it unable to connect to the bluetooth

Try to power cycle your controller by removing the battery for about 30 secs.

My xbox one s makes a loud loud noise when start up it stops for about 30 sec and then comes back I try to turn it off but when the xbox is off it is louder than when it was on and now i cant use it for now sometimes i turn it on and it doesn’t make the
noise but if i turn it off then again in 1hour or 2 then it does it again.

Just turn ur xbox off for 30 secs should work then
