    Hi,

    I have a problem with my xbox one.

    When i try to turn on i don't see anything on display. After about a minute it turn off. I tried to wait one hour, follow this https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/console-wont-power-on or
    followe this guide trying to reset https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults but
    nothing work.

    I'm trying to contact the assistance but i'm waiting 4 hour to chat with anyone.

    What can i do?

    device support     and register the console. Here you can see if in warranty and set up a repair. Sounds like you may need a repair if you already tried the troubleshooting.
