Xbox one turn itself off

I have owned my xbox one for around a 2 months now. For the past couple of weeks it will automatically shut down, it can go a week with no issues then just turn off, i will try restart it 5x or more and it immediately turns itself off. i have spoken with
xbox support 3x now and i have spent much of my time trying different methods to get it to work.

downloading software onto a usb and updating it, hard reboot, system restore. Finally i have to send it for repair. I am so annoyed that i have not had it very long, it cost me a whopping £350 for the console and i have spent about £200 on games and £20
on play and charge. So nearly £600 for an ornamental xbox i cannot use. i have probably spent as much time waiting for it to reboot than what i have played it.

on top of this, i live in England yet i have to send my console away to Germany for repair which could take upto 1 month. I will have lost over a months xbox live subscription and had no xbox to play with my friends or enjoy on a sunday evening. Im shocked
i cant just take it back to the local store where i bought it. Very dissapointed, i had this issue with my 360 and had to send away for repair and to be in this situation is an absoloute joke. sort it out microsoft.

People have had these problems before and if you've followed the steps above and kept the XBOX in a well ventilated area and taken a vacuum cleaner and cleaned out the ducts of the XBOX 360 and your still getting this problem then you'll need to send your
console in for a repair.

There's no simple way to fix this unfortunately.

You can setup a repair here. I'm assuming your console is not under warranty anymore and it would cost you $99 USD to send it in for repair.

I can totally understand where your coming from. It happened to me on Xbox one launch week. I had to get my console sent off for repair, waited 6 weeks for a repair replacement. It can be very difficult to swallow as you just want to game now!! At least
that's how i felt..

The best bit of advice i can give you is to call the xbox service centre and get the replacement processed and also speak to customer service about your downtime on live up to now and your downtime over the period of time your going to be out of action for.
I'm sure if you speak to them they will help you out with this loss of time on live.

The way to look at it is at least it'll be fixed in 4-6 weeks and you wont have to come on here again frustrated with your situation.

I know my advice won't help you but i hope you find it in someway helpful.

To update this, i sent the console for repair, to Germany it came back quickly.

worked for a couple of days now it has broken AGAIN. same problem as before, it needs an update and before i can even download the update it switches itself off.

I have probably used the console around 15-20 hours since it broke again.

I just bought the walking dead pt1 and advanced warfare and now im so peed off...
