Xbox One Troubleshoot

Had my xbox for for about 4 months now! Was all workijg fine untill about 2 months ago if i tey to download a game it just says installation stopped constantly! If i shut the console down and restart it it load up into trouble shooting mode and it doesnt
matter what option i select it just restarts and loads the troubleshooting page! I have tried force restarting i even updated to console from a usb as advised which fixes the problem for a couple of hours and then the exact same thing happens again! Is there
anyone that can help its literally un playable!

Xbox One frozen in troubleshooter

Ok, I turned on my Xbox One today and it was rather slow as it tends to be sometimes, so I decided to do a hard reset. But then my TV had a no signal screen like my Xbox wasn't connected to HDMI, after sitting on that screen for about 10 minutes it finally
went to a black screen for another 3 minutes before going to the green screen with the Xbox logo. Then after another 15 minutes or so it opened the troubleshooter with the options to restore the console to factory defaults, so I thought I'd go ahead and restore
to factory defaults. But now the Xbox is just frozen at the page where I clicked restore factory defaults. So should I just wait it out or what? The system error is E105 00000000 8007045D

Well it's working now after restarting the Xbox a few times. Don't know why.

since a factory reset or updating via usb doesn't seem to fix the issue the only option that remains is to have the console be repaired

If you want to be really sure, you can contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
Contact Us | Xbox Support to check if they have any other advise (I assume they will advise the same) and they will also be able to help you set up a repair request if
needed.

Can you please try to carry out the offline update as detailed in the link below and see if you can get the console to Troubleshoot screen and then select the option to reset this Xbox.

Device service and Repair
site or contact Customer Support for further assistance. This sounds like there may something wrong with
the hardware in the Xbox One.
