Xbox One - Troubles switching from Wired to Wireless Network Connection

Hello,

I had my Xbox One originally plugged into my router via an Ethernet cable. However, having recently moved the television set, I decided to use the wireless feature on Xbox One. Having switched to my wireless network, I'm now unable to access any online game
content. However, I am connected to Xbox Live, can stream YouTube, Netflix, etc. I have 100% wireless strength, 37 Mbps download, 0% packet loss and my NAT type is set to OPEN. According to the Detailed network statistics, my 'Detailed NAT information' specifies
'Your network is behind a cone NAT'.

What would be preventing me from accessing any games online?

Cannot connect using wifi

i am having trouble connecting my xbox one to my wireless network. When i go into network settings the current network status states that it has a wired connection set up and will not let me access wireless net work set up despite there being no cable plugged
in for a wired connection at all.

When you were port forwarding did you reserve an IP address for your Xbox? Reason I ask this is usually the Xbox IP will change when switching from wireless to wired. Example: 192.168.0.16 could be your Xbox IP when wireless, then could be 192.168.0.28
when wired. So the port forwarding you did would have no effect on the wired connection. This occurs on my wireless modem so this is why I'm asking. The Ethernet cable had no signs of damage on the cord or anything did it?

 

Anyone with any suggestions? I have also tried changing the IP address for the xbox, in case it conflicted with the old wired settings. I had also edited my router settings to ensure the ports had been opened.

Any help would be appreciated.
