    hey guys my xbox one was used last night with no issues but tried turn on today and it wont come on, it lights up makes the power on noise then just goes off

    tried unplugging for half hour and the hold th eject and sync button but nothinv ?

    Silent so when you turn the tv off via the xbox the tv light goes off. the dvr light goes off and the ONE light goes off?

    And then simply saying XBOX ON it turns on then say tv on the tv and dvr turn on?

    I tried, but unless I unplug it, the Xbox will not turn off in anyway and goes to a grey screen

    "Xbox turn off" and T.V

    The t.v is a Sanyo model no. DP46819. I would think it is the Xbox one because when I initially turn it off, it turns the tv off as the logo goes off then the logo lights up again a few more times and the t.v goes back on.

    Xbox one turns on for 2 seconds and then goes off

    If your xbox one turns on with the black screen issue that is easily solved by applying the offline update:

    support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool

    Read through the process of formatting the flash drive etc thoroughly and follow the instructions as if you were doing a system update but using the file you downloaded you may find that your console will then boot correctly.
