Ontem meu xbox one travou no app do youtube, normal, então eu tentei sair para o menu e fechar o app, porém todo o console travou, reiniciei, nada, tirei da tomada, então ele voltou, porem depois de pouco tempo aconteceu o mesmo, agora toda vez que ligo
o console, não importa aonde eu vá ou o que eu faça, ele acaba travando depois de um tempo.

Obs: Já segurei o botão de desligar por uns segundos para que ele não desligue em standy by, voltei para os padrões de fabrica, nada resolveu... Nem o pessoal do suporte [Mod Removed] pelo twitter souberam oque fazer.

Você costuma limpar seu Xbox de quanto em quanto tempo? você mesmo limpa ou leva em algum técnico?

Olá!

Pelo visto você já fez os procedimentos recomendáveis, limpar o cache e reiniciar, mas pra ele não desligar em standby tem que configurar nos modos de economia de energia.

Ele está me levando de volta a tela inicial, e tbm não responde os botões as vezes, fiz uma redefinição completa meu Xbox, e não está inscrito no Xbox insider

I vacuum from the outside and usually check every month or so.
