    Xbox one transformer problem


    I've got an communication ban and while on the Xbox one enforcement page it tells me that I can appeal or make a claim or something like that but the button wasn't working it also said that if I go on the Xbox 360 that I could check the ban length

    So, I went to try and plug my Xbox 360 back in however the power didn't work so I got the cable which plugs into my transformer on the Xbox one and plugged it into the 360 transformer :L

    After doing that there was a small flash at the 360 transformer and then it started to smell of smoke, Now I can't turn on my Xbox 360 or Xbox one. Xbox one transformer problem :(

    Sorry if this is on the wrong forum if so please give me a link to the right one, and if you could try and tell me what the problem is and how to resolve it. Replies are appreciated thanks.

    XBOX ONE POWER CORD

    Hi,

    The xbox one power cord got bursted when I used using a stepdown transformer. I am looking for a 220v power cord for xbox one to use without any stepdown transformer.

    Hey dude,

    Yeah plugging the xbox 360 power brick into the xbox one was probably a bad idea, as I don't beleive that they are compatible. From the sounds of it, the power brick might be fried and needs replacing or repair. You can organise that through the following

    Regarding the ban length, if you cannot log in to the console to check then you should have also received an email which contains further details of the ban.
