Xbox One tracking label not showing up.

Hello! This is my first time using these forums so bear with me.

I recently sent in my Xbox One for repair and it got there just fine! About a week ago it said, "Product shipped to customer."??? Then I checked the tracking information and FedEx said that there was no such label. It has said "Product shipped to customer"
for about a week now... I really want to know if it is actually being shipped so I can play it again. Also, I hope it wasn't stolen or anything!

Got Tracking number on 11/16, but it has been showing as "label created" since then. Still hasn't even made it to a UPS facility.

I agree wholeheartedly, I have always thought that an item should NEVER show up as shipped until the first time the label has been scanned (which means it has been picked up by the carrier.) Unfortunately, this is not just an Xbox problem, though, because
sites like eBay, etc. all immediately generate a "your order has shipped" message as soon as the label is printed (i.e. the tracking number has been generated.) Sadly, that means for an indeterminate amount of time, the tracking number will show no information
(or in some cases will say "shipping information received" or something like that.)

Another problem is, when MS generates the shipping label, it goes for an extended time with no tracking info because I don't believe UPS actually scans it until it enters the United States (any time I've had mine shipped, Mexico never shows up on the tracking,
just "McAllen, TX" which is the closest US location.) So, after the label is printed, it has to be put on a truck and shipped across the border before UPS picks it up in McAllen, basically.

I had this exact issue when I had my 360 repaired, it appears there is only one time or so per week that packages are picked up - they are designated as "shipped" by the repair facility, but they haven't yet been picked up by the carrier.

 

Has this happened to anybody else? Did it ship to you in the expected time frame?

 

No Worries. FedEx does not have it in their system yet. It has to go back thru customs from Mexico to Texas. Unfortunately those warehouses take time to process packages/parcels.
