    is it the xbox one, one s, or one x? i had the same problem i rethermal paste my consoles and its finicky on the one an one s it just has to be placed on just right

    Hello Fellow Gamer

    Is the HDMI connected to the out to TV port behind the console fully ? If that is correct then have you tried to hold the power button on the Xbox One Console for 10 seconds to preform a cold boot which will just fully shut down your Xbox won’t erase no data etc. Then turn your Xbox One back on.
